Reference the 'Resources' field as Members on Thread, instead of 'Ticket Owner' field

There are instances where the 'Ticket Owner' is retained on the PSA when the 'Resources' have all been marked as done. This affects our 'Unassigned' filters as the tickets are not seen as unassigned due to the 'Ticket Owner' field not being empty, even though 'Resources' is already empty.
