Clients prefer the option to schedule a ticket: Right now we are using flows, intents, and other tools to send them TimeZest links throughout the life of the ticket. It would support a great client experience to have a sticky TZ link in the messenger header so the client can click to schedule at any time.
It would need to be an option MSPs can turn on or off.
The link would need to be dependent on the company type so Pods can each have their own link.
Here is a pretty dang awesome example of what it could look like.
