Feature Requests

End user validation with MS MFA
Having a feature for end user validation with Microsoft Authenticator push for both Voice AI and all other ticket streams. This way when the technician starts working on the ticket they can see Thread already validated the user.

User verification through Thread platform when user initiates service request outside of chat or email (i.e. phone call or text)
Want to be able to verify contacts are who they say they are if they aren't chatting or emailing in the service requests
