We just had a client respond to "Chat" in Teams and it tried to start a new thread by asking for the computer. The client didn't answer that question and we never received the client's response. This is absolutely horrible and needs to be corrected immediately. Who knows how many clients have been responding to us via this method and we haven't been receiving their messages. What even is the purpose of the "Chat" tab!? There is absolutely 0 documentation on the app itself or how to use it, just install instructions from a technical perspective. Please get some documentation going as well.
