We would like to see customer emoji responses to our messages

When we send a message to a customer who is using the slack app. Sometimes they respond with an emoji acknowledgement, e.g. "thumbs up". Unfortunately, we don't see that they acknowledged our message with a thumbs up in Inbox. It would be great if there was a way we could see this!

Sometimes clients will just react to the message with a thumbs up, instead of replying to it. This is not something that we can see in Inbox. It would be nice if a message was included such as "X reacted with :emoji:"

Agreed. We have run into this quite frequently at our MSP.
