As an end user who is using Messenger (via Desktop or embedded web), if a tech closes my thread while I'm viewing it, and if I respond back to that thread through Messenger, none of those new messages are viewable from Messenger.

This is a painful bug because it suggests to users that any follow-up notes done once a Thread is closed aren't being received.
