Tickets may have multiple resource assigned to a ticket so the search should be able to find those tickets where there are multiple resources assigned to a ticket. Searching the ticket owner only is very limiting. In the example below, there were 3 resources assigned to the ticket but AI can only see the one who is set as the Owner.
