Ability to add blocks unrelated to tickets into their calendar. This way nobody can book that timeslot and they don't have to go back to the PSA.

I.E. adding a block for appointments etc.

Hi all - since we now support an Outlook sync into Planner, and people can block their slots in their Outlook calendar - does that solve for this issue?
