You can now add custom hold music in your agent's general settings!

Like is a pretty big one for us. As we are looking to use this in Minimal AI mode but it just throws the user straight in to hold music with no indication that they are calling the right number. It would be great to add our own hold music with custom branding or at lease and intro before the hold music.
