Currently, after deleting attachments in our PSA (ConnectWise), there is no way to remove screenshots or files from Thread chat or Inbox. This creates a data integrity concern, as sensitive or outdated files remain visible to clients. Adding a feature to allow deletion of attachments directly within Thread would improve security and workflow. This would help MSPs maintain accurate records and prevent accidental sharing of outdated or confidential information. How would this improve your workflow or address your current challenges?
