Admins can now create channels and build workflows using ConnectWise's "Agreement Type" field and equivalents in Autotask and Halo. This makes it easier to organize Inbox and apply automation based on broader categories of contractual agreements.
We’ve learned that XL-sized partners offer a variety of services—which are billed differently—and manage work for each service differently. This update equips technicians with the ability to power automation and organize Inbox differently around these services by leaning on broader Agreement or Contract categories.
