There doesn't appear to currently be a way to make a billable time entry (a time entry with no agreement attached) where all of the other time entries are applied to the agreement and the overall agreement is applied to the ticket as a whole. We do this a lot as we have managed IT clients where some work falls outside of the agreement and is billable, but there is no way to do this in Thread currently. Please include this feature as we are using Thread as our daily driver, and don't want to flip back to ConnectWise everytime this needs to be done ideally.
