Mentions for Teammates
, Thread's real-time collaboration tool, is available for all Partners as of late September 2023.Mentions for Teammates
makes it easy for techs to ask questions, swap knowledge, coordinate replies, and nudge teammates in real time. Mentions
lets you utilize the familiar @mention pattern to tag your teammates from within Inbox and its companion apps. And, anytime you mention a teammate, that user will be included in the thread as a member "resource" and can follow along with progress from the "@ Mentions" channel in Inbox.You can learn more about Mentions for Teammates in Thread's early Oct '23 release notes.

We often CC multiple users on tickets for co-managed customers or to keep our account champions up to date by email. We need to be able to adjust CC contacts on a ticket from Thread or techs have to bounce back into the ticket.

an additional resource (internal engineer) to work on or assist with ticket who is not the ticket owner
Add an additional external contact to receive communication/email updates, etc. (this person could be a CSE, key stakeholder, account manager, etc.)
