This request is for the addition of a "PIA" button directly within the Inbox "Actions" tab. This will allow the technicians to pull these smartforms into Threads as needed

Currently, technicians need to navigate separately to PIA to access these smartform links, which slows down their workflow. By integrating these action button into the Inbox, this would make it much easier and faster for technicians to access these tools directly from Thread.
