Add support for filtering tickets by ConnectWise team within the search_tickets MCP tool. The current filters do not allow users to create subsets of tickets for specific operational teams, which limits their ability to build live dashboards and workflows in Claude using the MCP server. Users want the filter to reference teams from ConnectWise rather than existing Thread teams so they can more easily track and manage tickets for groups such as Build/Repair teams.
