Tmack Can we please have a button for putting inline images in the TimePad section? Copy/Paste is great, but sometimes we take back to back notes while troubleshooting and it would be nice to have a button to upload the photos inline similar to other applications and our PSA has. There is even room in the UI for a picture icon that we could use to for this right next to the emoji icon. Right now if we have multiple we took and wanted them inline we could have to open then, copy them from an app like photos, and then paste. There really should just be a button for this.

Notes and images (and attachments) should function the same way as in the PSA's UI. In ConnectWise Manage, yes images should be inline. This is needed! Not only is it strange in the way it presents, but also it creates multiple email notifications for what should have been one single ticket update.
