Add the possibility to add a note to a thread that also fills the resolution field without entering time.

Sometimes a time entry has already been added and we don't want another time entry (we round off time entries to 15 minutes) but still want to fill the resolution field.

Currently we need to open Autotask and manually edit the thread for this.
