Request for Thread AI to automatically check Downdetector for outage information when a ticket suggests a probable service disruption. The AI should analyze and communicate relevant outage details directly to end users in their ticket replies. This would help efficiently inform users about known outages, increase zero-touch ticket resolution rate, and decrease overall resolution time.
