Description: Currently, when a ticket is closed in Thread, all participants are removed from the associated Teams group chat, but the chat thread remains visible in Teams for each user. The requested feature is to automatically delete the related Teams group chat 24 hours after the ticket reaches a “Closed” or “Done” status.
