We would like an audit trail in the PSA (e.g. internal note) when copilot auto prioritizes a thread. This way we can reference if the priority was performed by service copilot or a technician. This is important to understanding when a thread is mis-prioritized, do we need to fine tune the prompt or work with the technician.
