Custom Fields in Inbox

We're currently limited to using the pod in CW due to custom fields not being accessible within inbox. I'd love to direct my techs to use inbox, but at the moment, they'd lose out on a large suite of automation we've built separately.

The ability to build workflows and Magic AI functionality on top of Custom Fields from ConnectWise PSA would make Inbox and Thread in general so compelling that using the CW GUI could become irrelevant. Definitely needs to go higher onto the product roadmap!

CW offers custom fields. Supporting custom fields in Thread workflows would unlock endless possibilities.
