Customizable Thread Inbox Notifications

Allow users to fully control and customize notification popups in Thread Inbox. This includes the ability to turn off certain types of popups entirely, filter notifications so they only appear for tickets relevant to the user or their team, and reduce excessive, repetitive alerts. The goal is to prevent disruptive spam-style notifications while still keeping users informed about important updates.

This would be a great idea, customizing the popups so they only show for your relative team/queue would be super beneficial especially with a high volume client.
