Add a setting to control whether replies made in Microsoft Teams channel threads sync back to tickets as internal notes. Current Flow settings only control what gets posted to Teams, but there is no option to stop Teams thread replies from being added to the ticket. Users want more granular control over the reverse sync behavior so Teams conversations can remain separate from ticket internal notes.
