Display and allow modification of Work Role and Work Type without having to stop timer on Timepad

Currently Work Role and Work Type are not displayed or able to be modified in TimePad until the timer is stopped. This has resulted in our techs saving time entries without overriding Work Role and Work Type, because they often forget to manually stop the timer before saving the time entry.

Inbox users can now customize the Work Role and Work Type values without first having to pause a running timer.
