This occurs because in ConnectWise, multiple clients can have agreements sharing the same naming convention (e.g., service-specific agreements with standardized names). Without a differentiator, it is impossible to know which agreement belongs to which company. The partner requests that the company association (and optionally the agreement record ID) be displayed alongside the agreement name in the dropdown to make selection unambiguous.
