Currently, admins can control Triage Agent access by client, board, or source — but not by Company Type.
Adding Company Type as a filter would allow admins to easily enable or disable the Triage Agent for specific company categories (e.g., MSP clients vs. internal teams), making access management more flexible and scalable.
🧠 Why This Matters
This feature would help admins tailor automation behavior to different client segments, improving control and reducing the need for manual configuration.
