Currently, the Voice Dashboard search in the web app (Chrome) only accepts Thread IDs, which limits its usefulness. Users expect to be able to search by partial or full names, phone numbers, company names, and ticket numbers, but the filter returns no results even when matching entries exist. This feature request is to extend the Voice Dashboard filtering functionality to support searching across multiple data fields, allowing for more flexible and intuitive lookups.
