The ability to sort threads based on last modified date not submitted date. Or have the Date on the thread be the last modified date not the created date and time.

Sort order
- Most Breach
- Closest to Breach
We'd also love the ability to sort threads in views by the lifecycle of a status (New -> In progress -> Awaiting customer reply)

We would like to have the ability to custom sort our inbox tickets. Currently the sort options are too limited, if we could drag to reorder that would be helpful.

Ricky Balmaceda. Hi Ricky, my reasoning for the request was to allow more customization to keep myself organized. I wanted to have the ability to move scheduled tickets in order based on how they are scheduled. So it's easier to see a clear plan for my day.

Yes!! and maybe priority high and critical should be automatically pinned to the top?
