Give Voice Agent a Name

We have a name for our chat agent and would like the voice agent to also have the same name so that in external locations outside of our PSA the name would follow through. For instance in our portal the "Agent" that responds to a ticket is named as a tech so by naming our PSA resource as the human sounding name we use for our chat agent then anything the voice agent does will translate to using that same name which humanizes the agent even if it introduces itself as an AI agent

So when I initially wrote this request it didn't work reliably that does seem to have been solved. But from a UX perspective it might be cleaner to simply have a field where the name can be written in specifically. Especially if the internal goal on the VA is to get further from heavy prompting. It is confusing that the name would be specified in the attendant when that same information seemingly applies to the overflow and after hours as well within the same agent, it would make more sense to define the name on the general tab.

William Hunt: This is great feedback thank you! With the prompts our initial idea was to use them as a way to better understand what people want the AI to do. So this could indeed be a field instead. Daniel Rodrigues let's add this to our feedback list.

Hi William Hunt you can do this today by going in the General tab of the Voice agent and adding a name to the "Agent Description" field. For example the prompt can be: "You are a helpful Voice Attendant and your name is Thready"
