Add the ability for Thread to submit a time entry at the end of each ticket for all time saved by the features run on it.

For example:

Auto-cat

Auto-pri

Title

They would all add ~30 seconds when they run each

The triage agent might save up to 5-10 mins

Recap might save 3 mins

So when the ticket closes, there should be a time entry added for all of that time combined, along with an exmplanation of what features ran.

They users should be able to configure the time saved themselves in the admin panel.
