I created a "Blank" view that I often sit on, just to give myself a "breath" when looking for tickets or items to work on. Looking at a wall of tickets can be daunting for a technician.

It would be great to have a less busy "HOME" page that you can start the day or go to in between tickets that is not tickets. Something that can help a technician stay on top of things like tickets waiting on them.
