Update the Write Entry feature in the desktop and web clients so it only summarizes work completed during the current active timer session or since the last time entry, instead of pulling historical notes from the entire ticket. The current behavior can include unrelated past entries and adds an unwanted "Tasks of [User]:" prefix to generated notes. Users also reported slower note generation when this occurs. The requested improvement is for Write Entry to generate cleaner, context-specific summaries without unnecessary prefixes or historical content.
