Magic Agents: Ability to choose a status when Magic Agent triages the thread

Currently, we only support the ability to change the status to "In Progress" when Magic Agent triages the thread and we require the ability to change the status to something else other than "In Progress".

And the other way - when Agent is finished be able to select which status it goes back to. Currently it is what ever the ticket was received as - we need to be able to make this something else.
