We have ways of pulling reports out of our PSA (Autotask) but clients are asking for chat (Get Thread) specific metrics since enabling in their SLack/Teams.

We make sure the source is set to something unique for Thread and then report on source. Although, Thread apparently has internal metrics on # of chats. They will provide those reports if you're looking for that.
