Partners need a native, configuration-level setting within the Triage Agent that enforces a hard blackout window based on defined business hours. During this window, the agent should take no action whatsoever on incoming tickets -- no responses, no questions, no escalations -- and resume normal triage behavior on the next business day. Currently, the base agent behavior (including urgent escalation logic) overrides custom rule instructions, meaning prompt-level suppression language is ineffective. This is causing the agent to send clients messages promising technician availability when no staff are working, creating false expectations and client frustration. Reference tickets where this occurred: 237841, 237842, 237844.
