Please add an option to open new tickets in a separate window/tab. Structure enthusiasts love their multitasking, this would make the switch to Inbox way smoother 😄

Would like to see a more updated look on Inbox like with the web version where you can have multiple windows open with multiple tickets/chats. Would like to see Vertical tabs in Inbox where i can click into each of them and it has whatever i had open in that window. For reference the "vertical tabs" in MS Edge where instead of tabs being at the top like in Chrome, they are on the left side.

Adding to this, I prefer a horizontal tabbed view similar to that of Zendesk. Each ticket you click opens as a new tab across the top, you can easily switch between tabs (working tickets). See attached, when we used Zendesk this was a game changer for our support team. FYI only reason we stopped using Zendesk is because there was no way to deal with the PSA side of things.
