Many of our team members are complaining that Inbox is constantly spamming them with Windows notifications AND Inbox notifications for every update. It's very distracting. I can mute channels in Inbox, but I can't mute the 'My Inbox.' Also, if possible, only the 'open assigned resources' would get notified and not the ticket owner.

Mark Alayev: this is what i mean by it... Flow creates a Post in the Teams Channel. But then everything that happens on that Ticket is then posted to the Channel Conversation. We are mainly using the channel for Live Chat Messages to notify the team someone is waiting.. but don't want to then see all the chat and updates going through. Lots of Noise.
