Planned threads can be created in :30 minute increments through Planner (1:00pm, 1:30pm, 2:00pm, etc).

For shorter catch-up calls, can technicians edit in :15 minute increments?

+1 on this. We have a LOT of requests that only take 15 minutes, e.g. setting up new users, password resets, etc.
