We would like staff to be able to reply to Thread ticket notifications directly within Microsoft Teams—either in the chat sidebar or channel—so their responses are posted back to the ticket in Thread automatically. This would streamline communication and reduce the need to switch between platforms. It would be a huge improvement for our workflow at 403Tech Inc.

We are updating all of our Feedback notes today ! This is completed as well. Under Actions -> ConnectWise Manage, we have added a new Action "Add Note". This will let you choose to make an internal, discussion or resolution note on the ticket.
We also have a pro-tip! If you reply to the ticket in either Slack or Teams, it automatically saves it as a note. If in your note you put "!send" anywhere in the text it will automatically notify the client. And of course we strip out the !send so you don't have to explain that weirdness!
