Is there a way to send a “comfort” message in Chat if a technician hasn’t been able to get to a chat? This would just let the client know that we are still looking for someone to help them. This is just like the messages we send when the client isn't responding, but instead, it's when we cannot respond because we are busy helping other users. We would want to be able to set the timing for this message.
