Currently, ticket status automation does not apply to email-sourced tickets in ConnectWise PSA when integrated with Thread. This leads to situations where client responses fail to trigger status changes (e.g., updating to 'in work queue'), causing ongoing reminder emails and premature ticket closures. The request is to enable status mapping for email-sourced tickets so that they follow the same automation rules as tickets from other sources, ensuring consistent workflow, accurate status updates, and preventing unnecessary reminders.
