Add the ability to automatically stop or remove ticket update posts in Microsoft Teams escalation channels once a ticket has been de-escalated or no longer matches the escalation flow. Currently, threads added through the Teams companion app continue posting updates indefinitely, creating unnecessary noise in escalation channels. Users want a way to disable ongoing channel posts for resolved or de-escalated tickets without muting the entire channel.
