HaloPSA: filter by ticket type for the messenger

This is key to ensure that ticket type "alerts" do not bug the client.
If you use a dedicated Halo team for things like alerts, then you can obviously filter by team.
But this is not the case for us as we have all alerts coming into our main support team.
For us we need this to ensure every single patch failure detected by Ninja does not bug the user inside their Teams chats.
