Inbox should mirror the agreement visibility rules from ConnectWise PSA so that agreements hidden or restricted in ConnectWise do not appear as selectable options in Inbox. Currently, agreements blocked in ConnectWise are still visible and can be applied in Inbox, which can cause billing errors and SLA mismatches. This feature would ensure that agreement block settings in ConnectWise are respected in Inbox, preventing unauthorized or incorrect agreements from being associated with tickets.
