TimePad time increment default setting preference

My company's policy is that time entries must be entered in 15min increments. It would be great if we had a global preference for TimePad that enabled us to select a default time increment for entries generated via TimePad.

Additional comment on this. We have issues where techs will start work at 6AM and any entry with out fully typing out 6:54 AM it defaults to PM. We would like to at least be able to adjust working hours at minimum defaults are 6AM - 5PM to help with early bird entries. This would be a nice option in admin to adjust.
Additionally, this could partly be resolved with the military time context.
