for example, in our case the ticket should move to "In Progress".
The question, in CW, from and SLA POV (internal CW Timers and triggers) will skipping Assigned break workflows.
CW' SLA system is clunky. A solution, maybe, is to progress the ticket tot eh desired status i.e. Under the covers set it "Assigned", wait for the call back with the updated status and then set to desired status.
