Update ticket contact using email found in ticket body or form

We'd like Thread to support both automatic and manual workflows for updating a ticket's contact based on an email address present in the ticket body or form submission. This would help when tickets are created from forms or forwarded emails where the sender isn't the actual contact, but the correct contact's email is included. Automatic detection and assignment would streamline ticket management, while manual assignment would provide flexibility for edge cases. This feature would improve accuracy and efficiency for MSP partners handling tickets from various sources.
