We would like a non-live configuration setting for sales flow
We love the idea of using chat to generate sales leads. Unfortunately, our sales team is not staffed like our service team and we are worried that we will not be able to respond live. We would love a way to disable the "Chat with the team now" question on the sales flow and default to "Have someone reach out later" but with one tweak. We want to leave a message for the user so they know that someone will be reaching out later.
