We are hoping to see the possibility of Tasks to be able to be triggered from within Thread if possible. There are many tickets that can be resolved through automation the team has already setup. Having that be able to be triggered from flows would be a huge boost.

Having Threads be able to pull information from CWRMM like installed applications, patching information, uptime, etc or the ability for it to identify systems and attach configurations automatically would be a game changer

this will become a bigger need the more people move away from Automate from CW's planned obsolescence

ConnectWise is all in on it's shiny new Asio based RMM platform, it would be great to get support for this. It is after all the latest RMM from the leading RMM provider.
