We would like a Brightgauge integration for Thread so that we can report on chat specific metrics in Brightgauge. Data synced to our PSA does not fully meet our reporting needs. For example, we would like to track the chats handled in inbox per operator, time spent in chat sessions, number of chats attended, closed to touch ratio, and first session resolution.
